   According to Dr. Carl Sagan of Cornell University, a very popular evolutionist, the probability that life could naturally begin (i.e. life evolve from non-life) is about 1 out of 10^2,000,000,000. Now since either life evolved or life was created here are the odds:

   Evolution - 0.000...(insert about 2 billion zeros)...1%
   Creation - 99.999..(insert about 2 billion 9's)...9%

   If this was a lottery, which ticket would you purchase? Beyond that, if your evolution ticket wins, you get to die around the age of 80 and thats it. Now if your creation ticket wins and you follow the instructions to redeem the ticket, you'll inherit eternal life. Doesn't seem like much of a choice does it. Another interesting way to put it is this: It is more likely for a tornado to go through a junkyard and assemble a brand new jumbo jet than it is for lightning to strike a chemical soup and create even the most simple cell. It turns out that the most simple cell is way more complex than anything we can create.

   I am creating this posting as a point of reference for people who are looking to answer those who believe in the religion of evolution, because it is just that; a religion.

   I will be posting names of videos that deal with this debate and also links to websites that have information as well. WE NEED TO ARM OUR CHILDREN WITH THIS KNOWLEDGE otherwise they are very likely to succumb to these lies and leave the faith delivered to the saints. I know this because this is the story of my life, I stopped believing in God because the church I was raised in didn't have the answers and the evolutionists did. Lets work together and put a stop to this nonsense. Please post any relevant information you have as well so that we can create a strong resource for those who need answers.

   This is exactly where Brad Scott has been heading. When he was teaching at a conference in Lake City he got so angry because poeple like Bill Maher were spouting stupidity and people are believing it. At this conference Brad took the young people and he had a special session just with them and Brad is adamant about our young people being able to stand up to people like Maher---and defend YHVH as the Creator. Brad says that IF--just IF the millenium doesn't come as we expect it--then our young people are going to be the ones that will shoulder carrying on where we as adults left off---so they need to have a firm faithful foundation that can stand up to any wind that blows. I do not envy you parents the task before you---but with teachers like Brad--the Cavalry is on the way :-)

   Dr. Hovind's dvd Lies in the Texbooks is an excellent one. good info for your kids to know if they are in public schools.

   Good catch BelovedLeah. I did actually steal this title from Brad. I know Brad is very passionate about this subject because he has a daughter who believed in evolution up until The Final Return conference in Dallas (about 1 year ago). He came out on stage and told everyone about how that night during the conference he was finally able to reach her.

   That being said, I highly recommend Brad Scott's teaching entitled Creation & Evolution. I've listened to it about 4 times and I think it just gets better. He not only shows how silly evolution is, but he also explains how evolution has crept into the church and is the basis for replacement theology.

   I wonder if there is a place where all of Brad's Creation vs Evolution is...DVD or Youtube for example, that way I could set my child down for a full course vs a hunt-n-peck different links.

   Shalom All,

   Walter Veith at Amazing Discoveries has some very good videos from science and health to the Reformation. He is a very intelligent man who loves God and Jesus. (He is a seventh day adventist, who was raised a catholic)He teaches creationism at a South African college. I really enjoy his teachings and am listening to some of them more than once.
