Victor, Please forgive me …but I purchased 3 Torah packages tonight. I started downloading… then my computer stopped it and wouldn’t let me download. Can you advise me what I need to do.

Alberto, Thanks for the tip. That is a perfect example of why we had the audio available. Not everyone is running the latest greatest operating system with the largest RAM and fastest Processors. Internet Speed is another factor out of our control. I am so glad a small hardware upgrade fixed your issue. I shop here for RAM when I want an extra bump in computer power… http://shopper.cnet.com/buy-computer-memory/?tag=navSearch;catNav. It provides competitive pricing from several brand name suppliers. Before you buy anything, check what type of memory your computer uses and then see what the max memory your computer can take. Buying 12 gigs of ram for a computer that maxes out at 6 is a big waste of money. There is a tool here to tell you what kind you have and how much you have and how high you can go. http://www.crucial.com

THIS A EMAIL FOR VICTOR & THE PERSON HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE PROGRAMS STALLING WHILE PLAYING. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY WIRELESS CONNECTION. I SOLVED IT BY PUTTING MORE RAM ON MY LAPTOP (2 GB) AND NOW I DON’T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS ANY MORE. I GOT THE RAM CHIPS FROM EBAY, REAL CHEAP, $18 FOR ONE GB.
