The Ancient City of Susia near Hebron (believers in Yeshua)

Shalom:

The 2012 Israel tour visited this site for the first time and it will become one of our important stops from this point forward. The history about the early believers in Yeshua is important for us to know and when we find an important finding as this which vindicates us in our position that the early congregation was very observant and kept the Torah, lived as Israelite keeping the customs, traditions, lifestyle of the time frame. People say the church was started and they departed from the Torah but this important discovery opens the dialogue to a new historical undeniable level. Susia will become an important stop for the Wisdom in Torah tours from this time forward. Enjoy the youtube video.

  1. I was able to visit Susia this month and see the name Yeshua written in the mosaic floor of this ancient Synagogue. There is a inscription that basically dedicates the Synagogue to a great Redeemer. It basically read… Remember for good our comforter Yeshua our witness (or Martyr) through death.

The site is close to Jerusalem in the hills and would be a logical place to flee to. The caves are quite large and many. Secret tunnels used to escape the Romans when they attacked. There is no doubt that this was a Messianic community and the spelling of his name leads to a certain pronunciation….Y’shua or Yeshua….just sayin. =)
