I look for shirts in thrift stores that are 100 percent cotton….not polyester mix.
They feel so much more comfortable
Thanks for the tablecloth suggestion, His Friend!
What about purchasing linen? Are there some to avoid, or some that are better than others? I can sew, but I don’t want to spin my wheels on material that has been adulterated (dyed, treated with chemicals, etc).
Especially important is the info re: wearing linen with cotton or wool garments (separate garments, layered) as many of us will need more warmth, as well as appropriate undergarments!!! I”ve seen both yea and nay on internet articles.
This topic intrigues me – my girlfriend is now creating designs – taliths and clothes made of pure linen. I want to explore this more as my specialty is the essential oils and herbs that are also healing – would like to share more info concerning these topics – contact me at pam@inancientfootsteps.com … Yahweh planted the garden and in that garden contains all the ‘leaves for healing’….
blessings and shalom ~ Pam
Shalom,
Great information Rico. Muchas gracias.
1. Can you give me the Web site referred to at the end of the Linen teaching?
2. How would I go about finding how to get out frequencies tested? What questions should I ask…..who should I ask….I doubt doctors….chiropractors maybe?
3. Can I assume white is the best linen color to dress in? What about the other colors? And is it worth it to wear black linen?
4. Lastly, I understand its not wise to layer linen with wool fabrics (ie: linen shirt under a wool vest). What about a linen shirt with a cotton vest? Would the cotton negate/hinder the vitality of the linen in that way?
Shalom, lori
In shopping for linen, look for old linen tablclothes which can double for sheets. Today I found one 60X90 for $1…no kidding. I talked a very ill friend to take one of her tableclothes 3 weeks ago and sleep on it. This woman has had cancer 2 and has man issues. She has not slept well for 3 years. She has slept all but 3 nights out of 3 weeks. Also, many of her aches and pains have gone from knees, elbows and neck. So the tablecloth I found today is being sent to another very ill friend. This is exciting.
I tried on a wool sweater (100% wool) over the linen top (100%linen) that I was wearing and I can understand why not to mix the two, you can feel the confusion……….I didn’t like it! As with most people we are trying to find more linen clothing….at the thrift stores…even to remake them if I need to. I hope to be able to sleep on linen sheets by summer. But the cost is an issue…I am thankful the Almighty is opening our eyes to His ways…………..I think He will provide us with a way. Thank you for the teaching Rico…..we appreciate you.
Rico, I thank G-d for you and pray that our Heavenly Father will continue to prosper you in knowledge and that you may continue your ministry around the world.
As for the linen, I really enjoyed your teachings and will apply it. I want to let those people out there buying linen that there are imitation linen clothing that are being sold, that are not linen at all but polyester or other man-made fabrics.
Rico, where has your wife or yourself bought your linen? I plan to continue to check where to get some real flax linen. Maybe middle east? I haven’t gone to TJ Maxx but it sounds to me that it could be synthetic man-made linen.
Thank you again for all of your wisdom, which our Father gives you to teach us. Blessings your way.
Rico, do you think it is okay to use soap? Well, I make handmade, all natural soaps for my family to use and I am wondering if it is still okay for us? I also sell them, if you click on my iamloved name above it will take you to my shop.
I am curious though, and wondering. hmmmmm
I got so carried away in my last post that I forgot to ask my question..ha,ha. The question concerns the wearing of linen and wool or linen and cotton. I’m not asking about clothing made of a blend of either to these two fabrics, but what you stated in the first part of the teaching on the Healing Power of Linen. I couldn’t understand if you said/meant it’s okay or not to wear a linen shirt and then put a wool jacket or coat atop of that shirt or wear linen shirt and follow with a cotton jacket atop of that. What exactly did you say? I understand about the cancelling out of the frequencies between a “good” fabric when a fabric with a lesser frequency is then applied. Please explain. I assume that it’s okay to wear cotton or wool socks (depending on the season) and cotton undergarments and then linen apparel (i.e. dress, pants, skirt, shorts, etc.) atop of the undergarments? I have found a few linen pjs and undergarments for women, but the selection is very limited and very expensive. I’m considering making some or buying a thrift item and cutting and converting it for alternative use to suit my needs. Gotta think outside of the box these days and become inventive. Please advise.
Great teaching on the healing properties of linen. I will employ these truths along with the teaching you did on frequencies. I agree that unfortunately,it costs so much more money to buy linen apparel versus the cheaper fabrics used to make other clothing. I have gone to “thrift” stores to buy linen clothes, and I don’t understand why people won’t follow the same advice. Yes,many times the clothing was never worn because the price tags (to some high/higher end department stores) are still attached. I try to purchase new linen shirts when the first one show up in the stores in spring of each year. A good place to find great quality but less priced linen clothes is TJ Maxx stores. I googled “linen apparel” after viewing the video teachings on frequencies, and here’s a short list some may want to use:jjill.com,islandimporter.com,2oncrescent.com,funkyflax.com,gidgetsclothing.com,and rawganique.com. I know that there are many more out there, but I can’t find the remainder of the list. I hope this list may help and be a beginning place to find some apparel. With the soon coming environmental changes, we need to do everything Yahweh has given to us as a gift-that being the gift of knowledge. I also went to http://www.alibris.com and ordered a few of the books by Dr. Len Horowitz.I started with Healing Codes For the Biological Apocalypse and Death In The Air. I recommend that people begin to read for themselves to see documented proof because some won’t believe what’s been going on for a long time now without seeing the truth spelled out in black and white. I also ordered The Hidden Messages in Water by Masaru Emoto. All 3 books were WELL below the price you can purchase them for if bought elsewhere. While they’re still able to be sold and bought, buy some non-GMO/non-hybrid seeds and properly store them if you’re not going to plant them anytime soon. Did you know that there was a bill passed within the past 2 weeks making it ILLEGAL to plant a home garden? Go to http://www.themessianicmessage.com and read the news from the home page for yourself and get some real off-the-grid news. Solace Radio plays a weekly program taken from the website http://www.metrofarm.com concerning what’s going on in the realm of USDA rulings. Begin a small stash of pure essential oil and educate yourself here also. Cynthia Hillson (thefragrantbride.com),Rebecca Park-Totillo (rebeccaatthewell.org),and Pam Staley (inancientfootsteps) are great places to being with buying pure essential oils, basic education of essential oil, books, and some recepies of some blends. The Power Mall,From Nature With Love, and Rocky Mountain Oils are also great places to buy essential oils. With possible pending legisltation,it may become illegal to buy the oils due to them being considered as drugs, having the same effect as drugs,or quackery. There’s a malevolent force wanting to keep us sick and without any recourse to be healed unless we use pharmaceuticals. Praise be to Yahweh who provides a way of escape from the clutches of the enemy everytime without fail. Thank you Rico, for being a servant used for His glory. Many of us would never have even considered these truths if if were not you who brought them to us for consideration. Shalom.
Thank you, Rico. We do need to go back to the ancient ways, as in clean foods,
herbs, and ancient garments of ABBA for the best state of our health.
This teaching further stregthens the belief in wearing linen, and having linen sheets; which our sister Nitza has been researching as well! This is her website:

She is also in healing oils.
Have you heard of Xylitol, a natural sweetener? :-)) It’s readily available in health shops. Shalom!
This is a great teaching on linen.
