Don't Forget to
This Parashah covers the life of Isaac and Rebekkah, the birth of Jacob and Esau, the selling of the birthright, the famine in the land and Isaac's adventures in Gerar, and the giving of the blessing to Jacob.
This Torah is an important portion for it holds the key to know the end times and to be able to understand the prophetic look into the fight between Esau and Yacob and how that is reveal to us now a days in our fight with Islam. You will see the type and shadow of Messiah in the Torah about the first coming and second of Moshiach Yeshua in the real life of Isaac and the birth of Esau & Yacob. Truly, YHVH has declared the end from the beginning.
This page includes Torah Portions from multiple years covered by Wisdom in Torah. Each year we covered the Torah from a different perspective so you can explore each Parashah from a different perspective and focus.
- 2010 Portions: Focus on Messianic connections in the Parashah
- ANET Portions: Focus on the ancient Near Eastern cultural context of the Parashah
- Mitzvot Portions: Focus on explaining and exploring the commandments found in the Parashah (in progress)
- 2015 Portions: Revisiting the Parashah looking at the ancient cultural context more in depth with additional areas that have been researched
- Brit Portions: Focus on connecting the Brit Hadashah (New Testament) to the Parashah

Ok – I had this question back when Abraham dealt with Abimelech. This name comes up several times. Some render his name “my father the king”, but some associate his name as “my father of molech”. I thought we were not supposed to “make covenant” with those outside of Israel? I mean – if you can make peace with your enemy, that is great. But it says he made a covenant (of peace). I think I see the difference, but could use a little more explanation, because as of right now – it seems to me that they are “blurring the defining lines”.
Shalom Rico,

RICO
Please clarify for me in this weeks teaching you said that Esau (Edom) will kill Jacob (Isreal). Do you mean to say that the muslims will succeed in their quest to destroy Isreal??? Surely I misunderstood something. Where would I go to research this?
Shalom
I believe that Edom will try to fight and win vs Israel but remember that YHVH is our shield.
RICO
Rico, I thank YHWH for the love of His Torah that He has brought to life within your heart! I am especially thankful for your desire, time and effort you take to share it with us and to make the teachings readily available for our starving spirits! I pray that YHWH continues to protect your humility – it is obvious how you are a pursuer of peace and chose integrity instead of strife in the pricing issue with Lion and Lamb ministries. Hopefully other teachers will take note of your humility and lack of desire to make a huge profit from the Word of God. I can only imagine the unheard conversation going on, “Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many. Enter into the joy of Adonai”
Shalom Rico,
We (Me and my family) thank you for these teachings. Since we have left the World Religious System and live in a small town, with no Messianic gatherings, we can only receive these types of teachings from you and also Scot Dryer. Thanks for your hard work and dedication to the truth. We praise Yeshua and thank you for your obedience to YHWH.
Shalom Dear Brother Rico,

We Pray to our Majesty and King, our ABBA YHWH; that HESHEM grants and BLESSES you with a double portion of peace, strength, health, vitality, joy, clarity of mind and new revelations; as you attend, lead and teach the tour and us back here!!!
The LORD bless you, and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine on you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance on you,
